Gearbox has unveiled the newest Borderlands 2 Vault Hunter, Krieg.
Krieg has three skill trees, which are:
– Bloodlust increases survivability through damage caused by your Buzz Axe.
– Mania increases allows Krieg to deliver more damage when taking damage.
– Hellborn beefs up fire damage and makes Krieg more lethal when he’s on fire.
“If you’re like me, I was like, ‘Fuck cover, I just want to get in this guy’s face,’ then this is your guy,” said Borderlands 2 lead writer Anthony Burch.
Gearbox also announced the Ultimate Vault Hunter mode, which raises the level cap in Borderlands 2 to 61 through a third play-through.

Ultimate Vault Hunter mode will be available April 2 for $5 on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
Krieg is scheduled for release sometime in May.
