Ubisoft has announced the first expansion for Ghost Recon Online. Set to launch on September 12th, the Arctic Pack will add a new map, new weapon variants, new armor and more.
The new map is called Tomsk-9 and will be the game’s largest map, set “in a nuclear reprocessing complex deep within Russia’s Arctic circle.” Tomsk-9 features indoor and outdoor environments, a symmetrical map design and “balanced competitive game play flow.”
Ubisoft has also added bodu armor variants including the HERMES S-03 Mk. II ALP and TITAN S-03 MK. II ALP, plus three arctic camouflaged headgear variants: OCF-FL2 Helmet ALP for the Assault class, ECW-G5 RS Hood ALP for the Recon class and CBRN-L4 Headgear ALP for the Specialist class, The expansion will also add 300 balance changes, improvements and bug fixes.
The following arctic camouflaged weapon variants will also be added:
– L86A1 IW ALP Light Machine Gun
– MK 16 CQC ALP Assault Rifle
– P90 SD ALP Sub-Machine Gun
– M-200 SD ALP Sniper Rifle
– NC2000 C ALP Shotgun
– USP 45 ALP Pistol
All new items will be available for purchase in-game via Requisition Points or Ghost Coins. The arctic weapons will be available for two weeks, while the arctic headgear and body armor will be in the store permanently.
