Rockstar has officially confirmed that Grand Theft Auto V is coming in Spring 2013. It will release worldwide on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, But Rockstar said about the PC version “Hey guys, glad to see so much enthusiasm about the release announcement. For those asking about the PC platform, we’re currently focused on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game and don’t have any details to share about a PC version at this time.”
Rockstar has also confirmed pre-orders that will begin on November 5th at all retailers in US, EU and AUS but not sure about other territories.
Grand Theft Auto V will be set in Los Santos, and Rockstar calls it “the largest and most ambitious title in the series to date.” The game is said to deliver “a world of unprecedented scale and detail bursting with life,” from mountaintops to oceans. “Grand Theft Auto V builds on everything we’ve learned about open world game design,” said Rockstar founder Sam Houser. “We can’t wait to share it with fans.”
